Registration for the 2026 e-Summer School Program will open on Friday, May 01.
For Summer 2026:
• All Grade 9 and 12 online Summer School credit courses and the Grade 8 to 9 Reach Ahead Summer Credit course will be delivered asynchronously through the https://courses.torontoeschool.com/
• There is no set schedule for a student to follow or due dates to complete assignments. The student can start the course right after registration and move through at his or her own pace. Students are encouraged to complete their 1-2 summer courses in 2-4 months.
Your 2026 Summer School Option:
Online Summer School is the perfect way to earn high school credits for students currently in grades 9 to 12, as well as for adult 18+ learners working towards their high school diploma. Toronto eSchool offers over 60 Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credit courses, which recognized by all Universities / Colleges.
Many high school students choose Toronto eSchool to upgrade their marks, retake courses, catch up on missing credits, or get ahead during the summer break.
Flexible Online Learning
Our asynchronous online courses allow students to start anytime, from anywhere, and learn at their own pace. Most students can complete one or two summer courses within 2–4 months, depending on their individual study schedule and progress through approximately 110 hours of coursework per credit.
Why Students Take Summer Courses
-- Upgrade Marks
During the summer, many students enrol in online courses to improve their final grades and strengthen their university applications.
-- Retake Courses
Students who did not pass a course can retake it at Toronto eSchool to earn the required credit and stay on track for graduation.
-- Work Ahead
Some students take summer courses to free up their regular school timetable, avoid scheduling conflicts, or earn advance credits for future years.
-- Catch Up Missing Credits
Students who are behind in required credits can complete outstanding courses during the summer to ensure they meet OSSD graduation requirements.
Some Students also take summer courses online to free up their timetable for the upcoming school year, to avoid timetable conflicts, or to earn a credit in advance.

(2) Login, and then choose your course
(3) Choose your payment method.
After you submit your account information, you will receive an email confirmation of registration and login/password. You will then be prompted for a payment option -PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
